Your weekly intuitive page-flip

Most of the time, whenever I find myself in a state of fear or worry or anxiety—it just means I’m missing information. There’s something I’m not seeing, something I’m not understanding, and if I can get my hands on the missing detail or the concept that’s going to help me see a situation differently—the fear chills out. The puddle of “stuck” I’ve been pruning in dissolves and I can re-find my flow.
Open Book is a newsletter designed to connect you with a single piece of information that can have the biggest impact on your life. It’s also meant to feel like a letter from a friend or like a book club where you don’t have to read the whole book, you get to show up and just go one page at a time.
Each week, I select a book and flip to a single page.
From there, I’ll share what comes up through my intuitive lens—messages that I pull in just for you, questions that might lead you to seeing something in a new way.
Every post is an invitation to swim beneath the surface of an image, a sentence, a line of poetry until the information becomes something unique to you.
I have found that flipping open a book with anyone can instantly create a launching-off point for surprising conversations, or create openings when it feels like there are none. And that’s one of the goals here: to feel more connected.
In the comments section, ask questions, share your thoughts, let me know what you see.
Your unique perspective is gold.

My world is fueled by a fascination with spirituality, neuroscience, the human experience, quantum physics, communication, and creativity. At my core there lies an unyielding belief in humanity—a belief in our power, our potential, the wonder we are connected to. It has been this way for as long as I can remember.
For the past few years, I have been engaged in a process of training my intuition—my ability to read light (light carries information). The process of turning on this gift has been a wind in my sails like none other. It is a part of me, so it will inevitably trickle into Open Book and what this place becomes.
